Hanna Lynch is the Director of Human Resources at Hallmark Youthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Previous to Hallmark Hanna worked for the private sector, and State of Virginia via Virginia universities. Hanna’s HR focuses include strategic policy development and implementation, FLSA, DOL, and FMLA compliance, worker’s compensation, employee relations, records retention, and benefits administration, etc. Hanna is motivated to create a positive and compassionate human resources environment, and is currently a Commonwealth Notary Public and Richmond SHRM member. Hanna loves to bake, and being a Connecticut native, in her spare time, loves to fish, and bring her dog Grayson to the beach.
