Admission Criteria
All adolescents accepted to our program must meet the following criteria:
- Be between the ages of 12 and 17;
- Not currently be a danger to themselves or others;
- Need a secure setting to evaluate or address behavioral, social, emotional, and
psychological issues.
Referral and Admission Process
Contact our Admissions office for more information at 804-784-6432 or 1-800-966-4RTC(4782) during regular business hours. However, the facility is equipped and prepared to accept emergency placements outside of normal business hours.
To make a referral, please fill out the information requested on the pre-placement application and fax to (804) 784-5261 or mail the necessary documentation to 12800 West Creek Parkway, Richmond VA 23238.
Once we receive this information, we will call you to confirm receipt. The clinical team will then review the packet within 24 hours, and will call to request more information, set up an interview, recommend admission to Hallmark Youthcare, or recommend another appropriate placement.
